In this episode I am completely off script and just going on a little ramble, talking about the recent heatwave where europe was almost literally on fire! 🥵 My upcoming medical appointment regarding the potential MCAS diagnosis and the fear of being told to just go away and keep doing what you're doing…. Again!
I also talk a little about the website I'm working on and hope will be a free resource for everyone to access and how YOU can help build this with me.
